Our simple and efficient process mobile alloy wheel refurbishment that not can only visit you at home, but also visit you at work.
We will professionally and safely raise your car to remove the alloy wheels. For this, we will need an off-road surface that is level. We will need access to electricity and a place to park our big vehicle.
Our wheel specialist will deflate the tyre and separate the tyre from the wheel by breaking the bead.
Then we start repairing the damage areas, degreased and the wheel surface keyed for allow the paints/materials to bond to the wheel. If the wheel is a diamond cut finish, the wheels will then be re-cut using our State of the art CNC machine. A must for all diamond cut finished wheels.
Once we have done the repairing of your Alloy Wheel, we will start masking up and clean your wheel with any dust particles removed.
Now the wheel is ready for paint/clearcoat and will be placed in our mobile spray booth, here we use the very best materials to create the very best finish and long-lasting durable results.
Once the wheels paint/clearcoat is cured under the infra-red heat lamps the tyre is re-inflated to the correct pressure, dressed and refitted to the vehicle ensuring the wheel nuts are fitted and tightened correctly.

They were stripped down and painted a deep, glossy black, and the transformation is incredible. The whole van looks completely different — sharper, more impressive, and far more premium. Absolutely over the moon with the refurb Bryan at DCA did on my OEM 437M wheels. From start to finish the service was spot on. I went for the ferric grey and diamond cut finish and the wheels have come out looking absolutely stunning — better than I expected. The finish is clean, consistent and OEM+ quality.
