SAME DAY WORKSHOP SERVICE! Our convenient service where we refurbish your alloy wheels in our workshop the same day. You will be required to book an appointment, drop your car off in the morning and collect it at the end of the same day.
This includes Diamond Cut Alloys as well as standard painted alloys, we only use the very best equipment and materials to bring your wheels back OEM-style finish.

Our same-day service allows you to drop your car off in the morning and collect it later that day, with your wheels refurbished and ready to go.
For diamond cut wheels, we inspect the wheels first to make sure they’re suitable for the same-day process. We then repair the cosmetic damage, restore the colour, recreate the diamond cut face and protect the finished wheel.
Before starting, we check the condition of your wheels and the damage that needs repairing.
We look for cracks, bends and corrosion, as well as checking whether the wheels have been diamond cut before.
Diamond cut wheels can only be machined a limited number of times, so this check helps us determine whether it’s suitable to cut the wheel again.
Once we’re happy that the wheel is suitable for the repair, we remove it from your vehicle.
The wheel is thoroughly cleaned and the tyre is deflated. We move the edge of the tyre away from the wheel so we can properly work on the damaged areas.
The surface is then sanded and smoothed, with the tyre and valve protected ready for the refurbishment.
Kerb marks, scuffs and gouges are repaired and smoothed out.
This prepares the damaged areas for the new finish and diamond cutting process.
The painted areas of the wheel are restored in the correct colour before diamond cutting begins.
This could include colours such as grey, black or silver, depending on the original wheel.
The wheel is secured onto our specialist CNC diamond cutting lathe.
We check the wheel for buckling before scanning its shape. We then check the scanned profile before cutting begins.
The machine carefully removes very small amounts from the face of the wheel until the surface damage has been removed and the diamond cut finish has been recreated.
Once the diamond cutting is complete, a clear lacquer is applied directly to the finished wheel.
This protects the newly cut aluminium and helps protect the surface from corrosion and oxidation.
The coating is allowed to cure using heat lamps or air drying.
The wheel is then polished and checked before it goes back onto your vehicle.
The tyre is inflated to the correct pressure and dressed before the wheel is refitted to your vehicle.
The wheel nuts are then tightened to the correct torque setting.
You drop your car off in the morning and, where the wheels are suitable for our same-day service, collect it later that day with the wheels refurbished and refitted.
The service is designed for cosmetic wheel damage such as kerb marks, scratches, surface corrosion and peeling lacquer without leaving you without your car for several days.
Those often require a full workshop refurbishment or wheel replacement.
We provide the advantage of convenience, as you won’t need to leave your vehicle at a workshop for an extended period. It’s a time-saving option for individuals with busy schedules.

They were stripped down and painted a deep, glossy black, and the transformation is incredible. The whole van looks completely different — sharper, more impressive, and far more premium. Absolutely over the moon with the refurb Bryan at DCA did on my OEM 437M wheels. From start to finish the service was spot on. Very friendly guy, excellent workmanship, great comms throughout and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. I went for the ferric grey and diamond cut finish and the wheels have come out looking absolutely stunning — better than I expected. The finish is clean, consistent and OEM+ quality. Bryan also took the time to explain the process properly and kept me updated throughout, which gave me a lot of confidence after previous bad experiences elsewhere. Turnaround was quick, attention to detail was excellent and the overall experience was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend DCA if you want your wheels done properly by someone who takes pride in their work.
I couldn’t be happier with the transformation that Bryan has achieved with my Audi A7 wheels. They were 11 years old, curb rashed, paint peeling and generally looking very sad. Now they’re absolutely mint plus the colour transition from standard grey to satin black makes them pop - just gotta get some new black centre caps to match now. DCA Refinishing is solely owner-run, with pride taken in producing a finish that looks right in real life, not just in photos.
It depends on what you need. Wet paint is often chosen for faster turnaround and colour matching. Powder coating is a different process and may suit other jobs better. We’ll advise based on your wheels and the finish you want.
Same-day service is possible on some jobs. Timing depends on wheel condition and what’s needed. We’ll confirm once we’ve seen photos.
Longevity comes from prep and proper materials. We focus on doing it properly, then sealing it with clear lacquer for protection.
In many cases, yes. If the damage is too severe, we’ll tell you what’s realistic before you book.
